Instructions

- Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or use as a spread.
Notes
For a smoother hummus, ensure the carrots are completely soft before blending. You can add spices like cumin or smoked paprika for additional flavor.
