- 1 bagel
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add a little butter to the same skillet and crack the eggs into the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness.
- Toast the bagel halves.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each egg until melted.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing an egg with cheese on one half of the bagel, add the bacon, and drizzle honey on top.
- Top with the other half of the bagel and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding avocado or spinach. Use thinly sliced red onion or tomato for a fresh crunch.
