- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken gravy
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Pour the chicken gravy over the top of the chicken breasts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken breasts in the seasonings for a few hours or overnight.
