Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken gravy
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Pour the chicken gravy over the top of the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken breasts in the seasonings for a few hours or overnight.
